We're two best friends from the UK who share a passion for travel, adventure and life on two wheels.
Together, we've travelled over 30,000 miles (approximately 48,000 km) by motorcycle across Europe and Asia, discovering incredible destinations, meeting amazing people and exploring roads far beyond the usual tourist routes.
Our experiences inspired us to create Shore & Trail Expeditions in Sri Lanka.
For us, there is no greater joy in life than going out & getting lost on two wheels
HOW SHORE & TRAIL BEGAN
So, after spending time travelling around the world, we started asking ourselves… why can’t this just be our life?
So, we decided to take the leap and give it a go!
To get out there, explore more and make life a little less… ordinary.
SHORE & TRAIL WAS BORN FROM A SIMPLE IDEA
We wanted to take the things we love most and turn them into something we could share with other people. Hoping to show you just how much fun there is to be had when you step outside your comfort zone, discovering places you’d never find on your own, and having an adventure you’ll still be talking about long after you get home
We take great pride in every Shore & Trail expedition. From our carefully selected riding routes and surf spots to the cultural experiences along the way, every detail has been chosen through our own travels across Sri Lanka.
Through our countless miles of travels on the road, we found the true beauty in every country away from the highway, main roads and typical tourist locations. The twisty, windy, local driven jungle roads is where the true adventure begins.
